Wash with soap and water after every use. Red Clay cookware requires minimal care. They can go in direct flame: stove, wood burning oven, fireplace for instance. Do not expose to extreme temperature changes to prevent cracking. All Red Clay pieces will develop a lovely patina after repeated use.
