Damaged orders must be documented with photographs sent to info@marchsf.com within 7 days of delivery. Do not throw away the box or the damaged goods.

Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery or within 30 days of delivery for store credit. All items must be in their original packaging and condition. To return merchandise, first contact orders@marchsf.com.

At this time, we are unable to ship to countries other than the above listed. For information on other options, please contact info@marchsf.com.

MARCH is pleased to offer shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom at this time

Missing or lost orders must be notified to info@marchsf.com within 7 days of expected delivery date.

MARCH Pantry and any edible items, furniture, and special orders are all excluded from international shipping.

Orders marked as Store Pickup at checkout by the customer can be picked up at MARCH within 2-4 business days given that all items are in stock. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email from MARCH stating that items are ready for pickup.

All orders shipping domestic are processed within 24 - 36 hours for in-stock items, and are shipped out Monday - Friday. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.

In the event of an item being out of stock or on order, MARCH will reach out directly with more information on restock updates or on placing a special order for said item.

Log-in to your MARCH account, then click the “Registry” button from the top or bottom of the website, and select “Manage a Registry” from the four options listed then select the registry you want to edit.  From here,  select “Share” from the menu listed above the registry items. 

Only items already on our website are able to be added to a registry. If you had your eyes on an item which is no longer online, or if you saw a one of a kind item in our store, please contact registry@marchsf.com for assistance with an in-store registry which will be made available in the form of an emailable PDF.

If you live near our San Francisco store, you can call our store or e-mail registry@marchsf.com to schedule an in-person registry appointment.

On our website there are several links to our MARCH Registry. Once clicked, there are four options to select from, and friends and family can select “Find a Registry.

Log-in to your MARCH account, then click the “Registry” button from the top or bottom of the website, and select “Manage a Registry” from the three options listed then select the registry you want to edit.  From here, you can change the quantity of each item, change the order of how the items appear, and delete items.

Visit our Registry page and click “Manage a Registry” to login to your account and make changes.

Visit our Registry page and click “Create a Registry” to be directed to the signup form where you will enter your information and create a password for your registry account. If you are a customer with an existing MARCH account, please select “Returning Customer? Login” instead.

Visit our Registry page and click “Find a Registry.” There you will enter the first and last name of the registrant you are looking for. If you’re unable to locate the registry under one party’s name, please try the others as the registry may be under either individual’s name.
